This is a well-appointed building, centrally located in Culbokie, with ample car parking. There is a large main hall (with capacity for 150 standing or 110 seated) which has a stage and various electrical points. There is a community room (capacity 16 seated) off the main hall. There are toilets, including an accessible toilet. There is a well-equipped kitchen, which includes kettles and ample cutlery and crockery, a fridge, hot water dispenser, microwave, cooker with oven and hotplate. We have a room with external access which has potential for a number of uses. The old pump room is to one side of the building, with electricity but no direct access to the hall.
There is a stage with curtains, spot lights, and a sound system.
Stored off the hall for use are numerous chairs and tables and sports equipment.
There is access to an attractive enclosed garden with seating and play facilities.
All events must be held within the time limits detailed below. These times are inclusive of setting up and tidying up time :-
